Our office is located at 518 East Main St. in Adamsville, and we care for patients from Adamsville, Savannah, and communities throughout McNairy County and the surrounding area. Meet Dr. Randall Deaton

Dr. Deaton earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1993. He believes great dentistry requires a lifetime of learning. He has been a charter member of the Spear Faculty Club in Scottsdale, Arizona since 2009, where he continues advanced training through the Spear Master Curriculum.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the American Orthodontic Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Deaton also co-authored the book A Reason to Smile: Fixing Broken Confidence with Cosmetic Dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Deaton and his family are active in Adamsville through school functions, local church activities, and the Adamsville Lions Club. He also plays in the band Riverstone, which performs country and rock music for charities and benefits.

In 2025, Dr. Deaton was voted Best Dentist in McNairy County at the Best of McNairy County awards. It is an honor that means a great deal to us, because it comes from our neighbors.

Our Team

A great dental visit takes a great team. Our administrative coordinators, registered dental hygienists, and registered dental assistants work together to make every appointment smooth and comfortable. Many of our patients have known our team members for years, and that familiarity is a big part of what makes our office feel like home.

We believe you should always understand your options before any treatment begins. Dr. Deaton takes the time to explain what he sees, uses an intra-oral camera so you can see it too, and walks you through the pros and cons of each choice. There is no pressure, just honest advice so you can decide what is right for you and your budget.

We also know that many people feel nervous about the dentist. That is why comfort is built into everything we do, from the SOLEA laser, which lets us treat many cavities without a shot or the drill, to sedation dentistry for patients who need extra help relaxing.
